Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for clerical duties such as client registration, appointment booking, payment, data entry and processing;

• Assist clinical team for preparing relevant reports and documents for consultation services;

• Handle phone call and email enquiries from members;

• Support other ad-hoc assignments.

Entry Requirements:

• Form 5(HKCEE)/ Form 6(HKDSE) or above; Pass in Chinese and English Language;

• At least 2 year solid experience in health service setting, e.g. clinics;

• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills and excellent telephone manner;

• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;

• Candidates are required to work on weekends based on service needs

• Immediate available is preferred.
