Senior / Reservations Officer

Job Description

  • Handle reservations made by phone or fax within the guidelines of daily status and endeavour to process all correspondence on a daily basis
  • Ensure guest’s special needs and comments are recorded in guest history
  • Ensure complaints and requests are handled with the aim of exceeding guests expectations
  • Observe room availability status and ensures proper selling technique is being exercised among the team to maximize the occupancy, average rate and room revenue
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree in hospitality management is preferred
  • Minimum 3 year of Hotel Reservations experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera system
  • Candidate with less experiences would considered as Reservations Officer
