We began offering full-time face-to-face programmes since 2001 and currently have about 10,000 full-time and 9,000 part-time students in the five Schools at the OUHK with about 220 programmes of studies. In addition, there are about 2,000 full-time/part-time students studying in LiPACE.

We are now inviting application(s) for the following post for the STEAM Education Project in the Educational Technology and Development Unit:

Temporary Clerk (Ref: 200004A)

Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

  • administering and updating the website for the STEAM Education Project; and
  • performing general clerical duties and any other duties as assigned.


Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

  • at least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese Languages and Science subjects;
  • good computer skills,  including MS Word, Excel, English and Chinese input/typing;
  • attention to detail;
  • knowledge of HTML and CSS will be an advantage; and
  • fresh graduates with a recognized degree in Science or related discipline are also welcome.


Compensation Package
Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract.  Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
