Customer Experience Assistant

Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries via hotline, email, and WhatsApp, including questions about device usage and transaction results, etc.

  • Answer inbound calls and address inquiries from merchants.

  • Make outbound follow-up actions regarding the application process, such as installations.

  • Handle user requests for device hardware and software maintenance services.

  • Maintain good relationships with merchants.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 1-year working experience gained in customer service, hospitality, membership, payment

  • Degree Holder OR passed in 5 subjects in HKCEE/HKAL/HKDSE Holde

  • Call center background, hotline officer is an advantage

  • Customer services oriented with good customer service skills and communication skills 

  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin; knowledge of other foreign language is a plus 

  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office, Excel  

  • Shift Duty

  • Immediate available is preferred
