Key Accountabilities:

• Manages proper operation of the physical plant and all engineering facilities of the entire property in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintenance programme and operation schedule

• Deploys the repair and maintenance work, including liaison and coordination with contractor

• Submits monthly report on preventive maintenance in a timely manner

• Familiars with proper operation of the fire detection, alarm panel and BMS system

• Ensures safe working conditions and follows hotel’s policy and procedures

General Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Marine Engineering

• Minimum 5 years working experience, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity

• Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A or above

• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
