Customer Service Representative

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above preferably in Hospitality/Travel/Tourism or equivalent
  • 1-2 years' working experience preferably in customer service field
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Responsible for ticketing, reception of Water tour’s service and handle general enquiry from customers at ticketing counter/onboard
  • 9 hours shift duty
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
