The Tokio Marine and Fire Insurance Co. (HK) Ltd. was established in Hong Kong in 1953 as part of Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., one of the largest insurance companies in Japan.

To sustain our business growth and offer the best quality products and services to our clients, we are looking for high calibre individuals to join us for the following position:
Officer, Claims Department

Job Responsibilities :

  • Strong technical knowledge in Property & Casualty
  • Claims handling, assessment, adjustment
  • Communication with vendors / brokers / clients
  • Prepares required analysis and reports on Property & Casualty claims
  • Other ad hoc projects as required

Job requirements:

  • Diploma or above with recognized insurance professional qualification
  • Member of ANZIIIF (Snr. Associate) or CII
  • Minimum of  3 years' experience in General Insurance claims experience
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel and AS400
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and attention to details
  • Demonstrate a good team work player
  • Customers oriented
