Work Location: Primarily based in Cambodia, with frequent travel between HK, China, and Bangladesh

Position Overview

The Operations Director acts as a strategic partner and operational support to the Managing Director, overseeing and coordinating daily operations across multiple manufacturing sites in China, Cambodia and Bangladesh. The role focuses on optimizing workflow efficiency, enhancing communication across departments and sites, and driving operational excellence to ensure smooth execution of business objectives.

This position requires a well-rounded leader who can bridge strategy and execution, helping the Managing Director oversee production, supply chain, development and quality while continuously identifying areas for improvement and fostering collaboration across all teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Director in overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, business development, product development, quality and logistics etc.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and consistent performance across all factories.

• Support customer communication, project follow-up, and order management to maintain strong business relationships.

• Lead or participate in regional projects, process improvement initiatives, and cost efficiency programs.

• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports for management review and decision-making.

• Facilitate smooth communication between head office and factory sites, ensuring timely issue resolution and process flow.

• Represent the company in internal and external meetings as delegated by the Managing Director.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Manufacturing Management, or related discipline.

• 10–15 years of working experience in manufacturing or trading operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or coordination role.

• Strong command of both English and Mandarin (spoken and written). Proficiency in local languages of Cambodia and/or Bangladesh is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to handle multi-country operations, diverse teams, and cross-cultural communication.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and proactive attitude.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities; capable of working independently under pressure.

• Willingness to station in Cambodia and travel frequently between HK, China and Bangladesh.

• Mature personality with high integrity and adaptability.
