Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager to develop and implement appropriate plans and procedures to support the strategies of the Company and to ensure the sales targets of the store is fulfilled.
• Closely manage, communicate and liaise with all the frontline staff of the store to understand the daily store operations. Motivate and assess their work performance and progress.
• Maintain a good interpersonal relations with external parties (i.e. customers, suppliers, vendors, etc.) to sustain a good corporate relationship with and for the image of the Company.
• Assist to maintain smooth operation, planning, administration and all resources distribution of the store to sustain the level of efficiency and quality of services.
• Supervise and handle customer complaints and appreciation, whenever necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with 5 years of retail shop supervisory experience
• Mature, independent, proactive and possess good communication skills
• Computer literate, simple input & able to interpret POS inventory systems reports
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
• Shift duty is required
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Floor Manager
