Company Secretarial Assistant / Officer

Responsibilities:

·       Provide company secretarial support for a portfolio of clients in compliance with local statutory requirements.

·       Prepare and handle statutory documents, filings, and resolutions for clients.

·       Maintain and update statutory records and registers using CSA software.

·       Assist in organising board meetings, drafting minutes, and preparing related documents.

·       Communicate with clients and regulatory authorities when necessary.

·       Provide general administrative support to the team and ensure proper filing and documentation.

·       Support ad-hoc assignments or internal projects as required.

 

Requirements:

·       Diploma or Degree holder; study in Company Secretarial or related discipline is a plus.

·       1-3 years of relevant company secretarial experience, ideally gained from a professional firm.

·       Strong command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.

·       Proficient in CSA software, MS Office, and Chinese Word Processing.

·       Detail-minded, well-organised, and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

·       Positive working attitude, mature, self-motivated, and a team player.

·       Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Company Secretarial Officer role.

·       Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
