Merchandiser / General Clerk

❶ Merchandiser

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Certificate graduate
  • Some experience
  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and powder point
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

 

Responsibilities :

  • Follow up orders from quotation, product development to production
  • Handle daily communication with factory
  • Keep track of order and production schedules to ensure timely delivery

 

❷ General Clerk

  • DSE or above
  • Data Entry and filling with another department
  • Support administrative work for the office
  • Support the Merchandiser
  • Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded, willing to learn, pleasant and outgoing
  • Good PC knowledge (Words, Excel, Outlook, Chinese Word Processing & Power point)
  • Good communication skill in English and Mandarin
