Accounts Clerk

Let’s Work Together

  • To handle daily accounting duties include preparing vouchers, journals, data input, bank reconciliation, filling, month-end schedules and etc.

  • To handle daily account data entry

  • Assist in month-end closing

  • Assist general administration works

  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned

We Are Looking For

  • Form 5 or above with 1 year or above accounting experience

  • Have LCCI Certificate or equivalent

  • Initiative, friendly and good team player

  • Details-oriented, have a commitment and can meet deadlines

  • Knowledge in Accpac is an advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel

  • Able to work extended hours during monthly closing

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
