About the role

Manage and execute marketing projects across multiple F&B brands, from campaign planning to final launch. You will coordinate new product launches, seasonal campaigns, store openings and promotional activities, ensuring projects are delivered according to schedule. You will work closely with internal teams, designers, operations, suppliers and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute marketing projects across multiple F&B brands, from campaign planning to final launch

• Coordinate new product launches, seasonal campaigns, store openings and promotional activities, ensuring projects are delivered according to schedule

• Coordinate the development and production of marketing materials, including KV, POP, menu, leaflet, in-store display and other promotional materials

• Work closely with internal teams, designers, operations, suppliers and external partners to ensure smooth project execution

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain clear timelines, priorities, follow-up actions and project status updates

• Ensure consistent brand image and communication across both online and offline customer touchpoints

• Coordinate and support social media planning and campaign execution across key platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Xiaohongshu and Dianping

• Monitor campaign performance and market trends, and provide practical recommendations for improvement

• Support ad-hoc marketing projects and business initiatives as required

About you

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail, lifestyle or multi-brand businesses. Applicants with less than 3 years of experience will be considered for the Marketing Executive position.

• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time

• Able to work independently and proactively follow up on outstanding items

• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and good time management skills

• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners

• Hands-on experience in campaign execution, product launches, store marketing and marketing material production is preferred

• Familiarity with major social media platforms; experience in China social media / WeChat / Xiaohongshu / Dianping will be an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Chinese

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage
