Responsibilities:

1. Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels
2. Handle a full range of recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, arranging job offers and on-boarding procedures
3. Prepare HR reports such as staff turnover analysis and recruitment status
4. Conduct job fairs, recruitment day and other recruitment activities
5. Maintain data in Human Resources Management System and filing system
6. Be committed to act with the firm’s core values and competency expectations
7. Employer branding such as Facebook official account recruitment running
8. Participate in HR-related projects as assigned

Requirements:

1. Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
2. 1-2 years in retail front line recruitment experience
3. Solid experience in handling recruitment and conducting interview
4. Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR Practice
5.  
6. Good spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua
7. Proficiency in MS Office
8. Independently, effective communication and interpersonal skills
9. Able to work under pressure
10. Immediate available / short notice period is preferred
