RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling full set I/E shipping documents, banking & L/C documents & Tradelink declarations documents

• Handle customer’s enquiries regarding the delivery statuses

• Coordinate with factories/ suppliers and forwarders for shipping schedule. 

• Arrange shipment booking and deliveries

• Shipping experience in trading field

• Check invoice and filling documents

• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• F.5  graduate or higher

• At least 3-5 years related working experience

• Stable working record, self-motivated, work independently &willing to learn

• Good communication skills, well-organized, attentive to details, self-motivated & and able to work under pressure

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing

• Immediate available is highly preferred

• 5 days work per week
