Job Responsibilities

• Report to the Senior Manager – Finance.

• Prepare monthly financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closing, P&L and balance sheet commentary, and the monthly sub‑group consolidated financial reporting pack.

• Prepare annual and interim financial statements and relevant disclosure notes; liaise with external auditors. Lead and supervise the local team on taxation matters for Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China.

• Prepare financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, and management reports.

• Support treasury functions including cash and fund management and bank administration.

• Provide support to the shared services accounting services team in China.

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

• Act as a finance business partner to support business units and oversee finance and administrative functions.

• Participate in ad hoc projects, such as Oracle system enhancements, workflow improvements, and process optimization.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, preferably with a recognized professional accounting qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; experience in audit firms, project-based organizations, or the retail industry is an advantage.

• Strong hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial statements under tight deadlines.

• Solid knowledge of accounting standards and taxation regulations.

• Experience with accounting systems (preferably Oracle); exposure to MS Power BI implementation is highly advantageous.

• Self-motivated, independent, and equipped with strong problem‑solving skills.

• Able to work under pressure with flexibility to adapt to changes.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

• Immediate available would be an advantage.
