Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day all round HR operations including recruitment, payroll and MPF administration
  • Manage compensation and benefits
  • Lead the review, formulation and implementation of HR policies and practices
  • Prepare HR reports for management
  • ·Assist in the formulation of staff relations programs and employee communication
  • Review and enhance the performance management system to differentiate performance levels to drive, identify and reward the performance
  • Assist in the ad-hoc projects delegated by supervisor


Requirements

  • Degree holder, major in Human Resources Management preferred
  • Over 8 years experience in HR Generalist role with at least 3 years’ supervisory experience
  • Well versed in employment ordinances, taxation, MPF and other legal regulations
  • Strategic and hands-on, with the ability to develop and execute HR strategy and operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility with proven ability to work under pressure
  • Able multi-task, capable of working independently as well as in a team
  • Details oriented, strong in managing numerical data and reports
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
