IT Support / IT Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to office and clinic users for PC, network, system, software, and hardware support
  • Set up computers and install software for users
  • Perform IT hotline services and create & manage IT support tickets in IT helpdesk ticketing system
  • Perform inventory management for IT assets
  • Perform and monitor daily and monthly server backups
  • Handle ad-hoc IT related tasks

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Computing/Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiar with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft O365, Veeam, Synology NAS
  • Knowledge of networking and network device, TCP/IP, DNS, WAN/LAN, Firewall, Switch, Router, Access point, VPN
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong self-learning ability
  • CCNA/ Microsoft /ITIL or others IT related certificate holder would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, Alicloud) would be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
