Assistant Manager/ Manager, Business Development (Insurance & Corporate)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen business relationships with insurance companies, corporate clients, HMOs, TPAs, and other strategic partners to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate healthcare services, employee benefits, and insurance partnership programs.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and internal stakeholders to support business development initiatives and ensure effective project execution.
  • Assist in formulating and implementing business strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market demands.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, and manage enquiries from prospective and existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and enhance market competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support account retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required.

Requirements 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, healthcare services, insurance, or employee benefits.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits, group medical insurance, healthcare services, or related solutions is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
