Responsibilities

• Establish network with business collaborators including insurers, corporates, HMO, TPA partners and any other business and project partners to generate business growth
• Liaise and collaborate with internal and external parties to facilitate business growth
• Work closely with clinical departments to execute strategic business plans
• Prepare business proposals, and marketing materials, devise selling tactics, handle enquiries from partners
• Collect market intelligence on competitors’ activities including competitors’ products, pricing, etc.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements 

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' working experience preferably in healthcare, or insurance, or business development
• Knowledge in employee benefits or group medical insurance
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, customer centric
• Proficient in Chinese and working proficiency in English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
