Clinic Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating and handling daily operations of medical clinics and provide administrative support
  • Report clinic operations issues to Manager in a timely manner as well as to prepare periodic reports
  • Monitor the ordering supplies of medical clinics and process payment
  • Handle clinic staff enquires on operational matters
  • Support ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements 

  • Experience in clinics/centres is preferred
  • Knowledge in medical or healthcare industry a definite advantage
  • Good people management with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration
  • Pleasant, well-organized, customer-oriented and willing to learn
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
