As a leading healthcare network in Hong Kong, Town Health is expanding its digital footprint. We are launching a brand-new E-commerce to bring health, wellness, and medical retail experiences directly to our customers online. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, agile, and proactive professional to spearhead our online shop operations from the ground up.
E-Shop Executive / Senior Officer (Online E-Shop development)

Job Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Platform Management: Launch and manage daily e-shop operations, including product listings, inventory management, price positioning, and real-time content/image updates across our official website
  • Order Fulfillment & Logistics Logistics: Take full ownership of incoming orders; track, process, and coordinate closely with warehouse teams and external logistics partners to ensure seamless delivery to customers
  • Customer Experience & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all frontline digital inquiries, providing exceptional pre- and after-sales support (order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries).
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels across the platform regularly and flag low-stock SKUs to prevent stockouts
  • Modern Workflows (AI Integration): Actively incorporate AI tools into content creation, customer service, and daily workflows to maximize operational efficiency as a lean team.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Handle ad hoc duties and special projects to support the growth of the new e-commerce division

Requirements

  • Education: HKDSE holder or above; a degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in retail e-commerce or E-Shop operations. (Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Officer track)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Familiarity with Photoshop or basic graphic design tools is highly preferred
  • AI Savvy: Hands-on experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, or automated workflow tools) into daily tasks is a strong advantage
  • Languages: Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, creative, and highly adaptable to a "start-up" environment within a corporate structure
  • Availability: Immediate availability is preferred
