Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Manager / Assistant Manager, CRM & Loyalty to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing success of our new patient CRM and loyalty platform. You will own the entire CRM & loyalty strategy from concept to launch and beyond – a rare chance to build something meaningful from the ground up in healthcare.

Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end development and rollout of our patient CRM and loyalty mobile app in partnership with IT, marketing, and operations teams.
• Define CRM strategy, patient segmentation, journey mapping, and personalized communication frameworks.
• Design and manage the loyalty program (rewards, tiers, gamification, referrals) to drive retention, repeat visits, and positive health outcomes.
• Oversee data integration, analytics, and performance tracking to measure ROI and patient engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and user-friendly experience.
• Continuously optimize campaigns, automations, and features based on patient feedback and data insights.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on CRM experience, with a proven track record in designing and launching loyalty programs or customer engagement apps.
• Experience managing CRM implementation projects end-to-end.
• Familiarity with mobile app analytics and A/B testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
