Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assist in clinic operations management, medical service operations
  • Provide administrative support in relations to the company’s daily operations
  • Produce report and prepare documents
  • Assist in handling ad-hoc projects if necessary

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder, with at least 2 years’ working experience, preferably in medical and healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in computer operations
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, working proficiency in English
