Job Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services to clients in both clinic and home settings.
• Deliver professional physiotherapy care to clients with a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, post-operative, mobility and functional rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients’ clinical condition, rehabilitation goals and service setting.
• Provide manual therapy, exercise therapy, pain management, mobility training, strengthening exercises, balance training and other appropriate physiotherapy interventions.
• Deliver home visit physiotherapy services when required, including assessment of clients’ functional status and home environment.
• Provide education and practical guidance to clients, family members and caregivers on home exercise programmes, injury prevention and safe mobility.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes and relevant documentation in a timely manner.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Registered Physiotherapist in Hong Kong with a valid Practising Certificate.
• Relevant clinical experience in physiotherapy practice; experience in clinic, community, outpatient or home-based services is an advantage.
• Able to work in both clinic and home care settings, and provide professional physiotherapy services independently.
• Experience in handling a variety of cases, including orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-operative, chronic pain or functional rehabilitation cases, is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered and caring attitude.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Responsible, self-motivated and adaptable to different service settings and operational needs.
