Product Development Officer / Senior Officer - Medical Services

Responsibilities:

Product Development

  • Identify and evaluate new product and service opportunities in healthcare, wellness, supplements, skincare, and related categories
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and manage new product portfolios and service offerings from concept to launch
  • Prepare business proposals, pricing strategies, and product launch plans

Category Management

  • Manage assigned product categories and monitor market performance
  • Work with suppliers, healthcare partners, and internal stakeholders to develop commercially viable offerings
  • Continuously review product mix and recommend enhancements to meet customer needs

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, clinics, marketing, sales, IT, and external vendors
  • Drive project implementation and ensure timely delivery of new products and services
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare partners and service providers

Business Performance

  • Monitor product performance and key business metrics
  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to support continuous improvement
  • Provide recommendations and reports to management

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years or above of relevant experience in product development, category management, healthcare services, business development, or related fields
  • Experience in healthcare, medical services, supplements, skincare, wellness, insurance, or retail industries is an advantage
  • Strong commercial sense with the ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
