Responsibilities:

• Provide professional psychiatric consultation, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, including pharmacological and non‑pharmacological interventions
• Conduct mental health evaluations, risk assessments, and ongoing follow‑up care
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and make appropriate referrals when required
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up‑to‑date patient medical records, in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of mental health services and clinical governance

Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification, registrable in Hong Kong under the Medical Registration Ordinance
• Recognised postgraduate training or fellowship in Psychiatry, or completion of psychiatric specialist training leading to specialist recognition
• Eligible for specialist registration in Psychiatry with the Medical Council of Hong Kong, or in the process of obtaining such registration
• Hold or be eligible to hold a valid Annual Practising Certificate issued by the Medical Council of Hong Kong
• Strong professional ethics with a patient‑centred approach to mental healthcare
• Independent, empathetic, and positive working attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
• Freshly accredited specialists or candidates completing Resident are welcome to apply
