About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account Clerk to join our dynamic team at Tradeport Hong Kong Limited. This is a full-time position based in Hong Kong SAR, where you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial records and supporting our accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately record and input data for financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable

• Maintain and update the company's financial database and records

• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed

• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience as an Account Clerk or similar role in the accounting field

• Strong proficiency in financial record-keeping, data entry, and reconciliation

• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
