Responsibilities:

• Execute and support e-commerce marketing promotions and campaigns, including planning, implementation and evaluation

• Track and analyze KPIs across SEO, SEM, social, and app campaigns, translating data into comprehensive reports to optimize ROI

• Lead and support the development and execution of marketing programs and tactical plans aligned with overall business and brand objectives to achieve sales targets and business growth

• Take ownership of assigned marketing initiatives, timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on‑time and high‑quality execution

• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, sales performance and marketing best practices in order to build business strategies

• Explore new channels/platforms to maximize sales opportunities and enhance brand awareness

• Collaborate with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution and performance tracking

• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing / Advertising / Business or related discipline

• At least 3-years working experience in E-commerce, Digital marketing or Media Agencies, preferably in Retail/FMCG industries

• Hands-on experience with digital tools like SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, social media ad managers, etc.

• Experience on data analysis, A/B testing, customer segmentation and data-driven optimization

• Proficient using design tools like Canva and AI tools for daily tasks is highly advantage

• Able to drive projects by communicating and influencing different level of stakeholders & proven track record with successful campaigns

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and solutions

• Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work in detail both independently or as a part of a team, collaborative environment and meet tight deadline

• Excellent in written and verbal communication skills on English & Chinese

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior E-Commerce Executive / E-Commerce Specialist
