Responsibilities:

• Assist in product creation and listing/uploading, including itinerary preparation, costing, and supplier coordination
• Support product publishing across online and offline channels, ensuring accurate pricing, availability, and content
• Coordinate daily product operations, including bookings, confirmations, supplier follow-ups, and operational issue handling
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain and update product information, databases, and operational records
• Monitor product performance and provide operational support as needed
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a travel agency, product operations, or a related fields
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of travel booking systems/GDS is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediately available is highly preferred
