Job Description

• Handle customer enquiries in a timely professional manner via counter sales, hotlines and other social media channels.

• Provide proactive customer services to clients on air tickets, hotels, cruises and travel insurance, etc. 

• Prepare tour itinerary, quotation and travel documentations accurately.

• Contact and make reservation with local / overseas suppliers.

• Any additional ad hoc duties.

• Work as a team in achieving targets.

Requirements

• Secondary level or above.

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Travel industry (FIT sales and Cruise sector would be beneficial).

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.

• Proficiency in reservation system in Amadeus / Sabre is a plus.

• Strong communication, interpersonal & customer service skills.

• Responsible, able to work independently and under pressure with multiple-tasks and deadlines. 

• Good computer skills – Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as “Senior Travel Consultant ”
