Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance daily operations to optimize service delivery and profitability
• Ensure operational effectiveness while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Coach and train frontline staff, focusing on excellence in customer service and operational efficiency
• Manage manpower planning, forecasting, and budgeting to align with organizational goals
• Identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to drive both short-term and long-term growth in team performance, and improve operations
• Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high customer service and client hospitality standards
• Enhance customer experience and engagement, facilitating organic growth through improved service delivery
• Address customer complaints promptly and execute targeted improvement plans
• Manage and assist with ad hoc projects and assignments as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years operations management experience, preferably operational roles in healthcare industry
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to improve operational workflows
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate availability is preferred
