TSE Property Management Company Limited, a subsidiary of Tai Sang Land Development Limited, invites applications for the following position:-
Assistant Estate Officer

Work Location: Sai Kung

 

Responsibility:

  • Assist in the overall administration operation and customer service of the management office
  • Oversee security personnel and service
  • All other duties as assigned by the Estate Manager

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with professional  in property management, fresh graduate without experience in property management will be considered
  • Min. 2 years' experience in residential property management preferably
  • Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
  • Holder of PMP (Tier 2) License is preferred
  • Proficient in written and spoken in English, and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Strong organization skills and self-motivated and under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred
