Work Location: Mid-Levels Central

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of building attendants, including preparing duty roster and performance monitoring
• Monitor and enforce building rules and regulations, such as noise complaints, residents move-in/move-out car parking arrangement
• Handle the enquiry from the tenant or other building user
• Control the access of contractor, building user or visitor
• Handle the emergency matter in first instance
• Prepare the daily report, incident report and etc.
• Report to Management Office staff for emergency
• Checking the building facilities and report the status to Management Office

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
• 3 - 5 years’ working experience in property management company
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Basic operation on MS Office
