Key Requirements

• Education: Master's or Doctorate in Education, Fine Arts, Arts Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Significant experience (e.g., 10+ years) in academic leadership, with a proven track record in educational management.

• Travelling to Guangzhou for 3 days per week is essential.
