Responsibilities:

• Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email 
• Handling general enquiries and phone calls 
• Follow up reservations to ensure that all reservations are in good order 
• Maintain accurate guest history records for all bookings 

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or equivalent in related discipline 
• 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality industry is preferred; fresh graduates/uni students will also be considered
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin is essential 
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications, knowledge of Opera System will be an advantage
