Senior Human Resources Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a full- range of C&B duties such as payroll calculation, taxation, MPF, benefits administration and leave management etc;
  • Coordinate C&B processes such as budget, annual salary review, bonus planning, regular auditing, insurance review, salary surveys and other rewards projects;
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Computing / Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Sound knowledge in HR practices, Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related governance statutory ordinances;
  • At least 5 year’s solid hands-on C&B experience from fast-paced industry such as Retail industries is preferred;
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-minded with high sensitivity to numbers
  • Strong PC skills (especially in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Office 365)
  • A mature and proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Executive
  • Immediate availability will be highly preferred
