To be successful in this role, you will need

• HKALE/HKDSE/Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years relevant experience in supply chain / logistics operation 
• Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-Motivated, Independent, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Familiar with computer skill; proficient in Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

What do you need to do…

• Monitor the shipment and shipping documentation to facilitate shipment arrangements and ensure smooth daily operations;
• Handle courier waybill, Air and Sea booking form
• Strong liaison skills between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations;
• Deal with day to day logistics and warehouse interactions such as receiving, storage, and claims;
• System upload, update, analysis, reports and maintain the accuracy of data using company and warehouse related systems;
• Handle ad-hoc projects;
• Any additional duties and responsibilities based on the needs from the company.
