What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate sales leads. 

• Engage in frontline operations to gain deep insights into market dynamics and identify existing operational pain points or inefficiencies.

• Coordinate and manage public relations activities, including communication with strategic partners and clients.

• Planning and execution of market renovation or enhancement projects, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedule.

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

• Actively propose new ideas and creative solutions to address identified issues, aiming to enhance customer experience or operational workflow.

• Leverage various AI tools to streamline administrative tasks, assist in content creation, and improve the efficiency of daily business processes.

• Perform ad hoc project assigned by the supervisor.

What we're looking for

• Degree holder in Marketing/ Public Relations, Communications or related discipline.

• 1-2 year of full-time work experience, fresh graduates are also welcome.

• Well-organized, open to change and strong market sense.

• Positive mindset with strong business sense and analytical mind .

• Highly flexible, strong organization & problem-solving skills.

• Strong interest in the transformation of traditional industries, new retail, or community-based commerce.

• Proficiency in exploring and utilizing Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to facilitate report writing, brainstorming, and administrative automation.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Excellent command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin.

• Good PC knowledge, familiar with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
