We are constantly seeking to expand our sourcing and sales network to grow further. Our staffs bring together vast experience in the business line and are looking to recruit more resources to expand the business.

Office Admin & Operations Executive 辦公室文員 (行政, 物流和會計)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily sales operations: order processing and shipment fulfilment
  • 負責銷售訂單的日常運作:訂單處理和物流安排
  • Manage, cross-check and follow-up on sales and purchase orders, deliveries, returns, warranty requirements and general enquiries
  • 負責訂單審核,訂單處理發貨,貨品訂單和物流配對
  • Handle daily accounting operation which includes data entries, invoicing, preparation of shipping documents etc
  • 處理客戶會計帳目電腦資料輸入及簿記, 應收, 出納, 入帳準備運輸文件(空陸海運)等等
  • Manage in other part of office operations, such as daily inventory check and procurement of packaging materials or stocks
  • 負責一切辦公室運作工作包括倉儲盤點和物品採購
  • To work closely and harmoniously with internal colleagues to ensure an effective and efficient operation
  • 與內部同事緊密和諧地合作,以確保有效和高效的運作
  • Manage administrative work in office
  • 負責一般文職工作包括文書處理以及辦公室日常事務

Requirements

  • Proven work track record as an office admin & operations executive or similar role; experience in consumer electronics industry or international sales would be preferred
  • 具有辦公室文員或類似角色的經證實的工作記錄;有消費電子行業或國際銷售經驗者優先
  • Able to handle and manage data entries
  • 能夠處理和管理數據條目
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • 具有分析思維和批判性思維
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 具有優秀的溝通和人際交往能力
  • Required language (s): English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • 所需語言:英語、普通話和粵語
  • Has a passion in new technology and gadgets
  • 對新技術和小工具充滿熱情
  • Able to multi-task using computer and mobile
  • 能夠使用電腦和手機進行多任務處理
  • Able to work under pressure and work from mobile during non-working hours is needed from time to time
  • 有時需要能夠在壓力下工作並在非工作時間使用手機工作
  • Responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented & committed to work
  • 有責任心,勤奮,細心,謹慎,誠實及守時
