Our experienced and professional team is providing valuable services from claim management to loss assessing to loss investigation to different insurance companies in Hong Kong. We are seeking high caliber individuals for the following positions to join our company.
LOSS ADJUSTER TRAINEE / LOSS ADJUSTER

Responsibilities

  • Investigating in different classes of claim, from property claim to public liability claim to employees' compensation claim.
  • Conducting site survey and assessing claims.
  • Visiting policyholders and interviewing witness(es) to investigate the cause.
  • Preparing reports regarding each visit and full diary maintenance.
  • Liaising with your Supervisor and our Clients to discuss service delivery or complex claims issues.

Requirements

  • Insurance claims handling or adjusting experience is preferred
  • Relevant insurance claims / loss adjusting qualification is preferred
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese 

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of ADJUSTER TRAINEE.  Fresh graduates with interest in loss adjusting profession are also welcome.  On the job training and mentoring support will be provided.
