Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI and machine-learning techniques

• Develop and implement algorithms for AI project include (LLM and Deep learning, etc)

• Collaborate with business owners/experts to integrate domain-specific knowledge into the AI projects

• Propose, modify, evaluate and optimize machine learning and deep learning models

• Conduct image to image, text to text and text to image, image to image preprocessing, e.g., image registration, for training machine learning or deep learning models

• Conduct Research and development study as assigned

• AI model training such as prompt engineering, fine-tune- LoRA, MCP blender, PEFT etc

• Develop computer vision applications (e.g. object detection, tracking, spatial analysis)

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance document understanding and answer precision

• Integrate LLMs with automation tools (e.g. n8n, Python workflows, RESTful APIs) into business processess

• Proven experience in implementing AI agent projects utilizing harness engineering

• Strong expertise in constructing knowledge graphs and deploying semantic search solutions using RAG, vector databases, and Obsidian

• Experience with Hermes agent knowledge is preferred
  

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines. Master’s Degree or above is highly preferred

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in image processing, computer vision, and/or machine learning

• Hands-on experience in prompt engineering, fine-tune- LoRA, MCP blender and PEFT is highly preferred

• Strong programming skills and knowledge in Python, C/C++, MATLAB

• Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and SQL

• Familiar with frameworks and platforms, including but not limited to React, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, OpenAI, GCP and Azure

• Full-stack development experience is preferred

• Knowledge of deep learning, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning algorithms, neural network is preferred

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
