Assistant Costing & Data Management Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for quotation preparation and order processing

  • Monitor the daily work of Merchandising Clerk

  • Communicate with China factories and internal departments

  • Involve in costing analysis and prepare of reports

  • Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

     

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business or related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Merchandising/ Trading Industry- Experience in dealing with China factories is a must.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Chinese Word Processing

  • Detail-minded and sensitive to figures

  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese 

  • Able to work independently

  • Experience in merchandising / ERP / adobe software is an advantage

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
