Key Responsibilities

• Support the organisation and promotion of Club activities.

• Handle members’ enquiries and activity communications.

• Assist with event preparation, venue setup, participant registration and on-site operations.

• Design promotional materials for Club activities.

• Create promotional materials and menus for the Food and Beverage Department.

• Prepare and publish content on the Club’s social media platforms.

• Undertake other duties and special projects assigned by the Sports and Leisure Assistant Manager.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Sports and Recreation Management, Event Management, Marketing or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in event coordination, sports administration, marketing or design is preferred.

• Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator would be an advantage.

• Good visual sense and experience in creating social media content.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Cantonese.

• Organised, responsible and able to work independently while handling multiple assignments.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
