About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic import/export team at United Sources Industrial Enterprises Limited. This full-time position is based in our Tsuen Wan office and will involve coordinating all aspects of the shipping process to ensure the timely and compliant delivery of goods.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations

• Liaising with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs officials to track shipments and resolve any issues

• Coordinating the efficient loading and unloading of containers and goods

• Maintaining accurate records of all shipping activities and related costs

• Identifying opportunities to improve shipping processes and procedures

• Providing support to the wider import/export and logistics team as needed

What we're looking for

• F.5 / DSE or above

• At least 1 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role, preferably in an import/export environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities and multitask

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in using shipping software and databases

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures

• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
