Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the business sale of precast element of our mainland factory undertake with the business turnover, direct and indirect cost, material and profit to build up our price for submission to clients.

• Responsible for overall management of contractual and commercial issues for civil engineering tender and construction projects

• Manage the commercial claims issue, supervise the preparation of pre-qualification submissions, commercial review of tenders, sub-contract procurement, and related documentation

• Oversee the project cash flow by timely, complete, and proper submission of interim application

• Develop and manage project commercial strategy

• Effective management of risks and opportunities

• Provide contractual, financial, and commercial advice to the project team

• Supervise, approve and endorse claim submissions

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Minimum 12 years of relevant project experience of which 8 years with precast element or pipejacking contractors in a leading commercial role for site formation or civil engineering contract

• Experience in contract administration, claims preparation, with commercial and legal/ arbitration knowledge, familiar with various forms of conditions of contracts, cost control, planning, and strategic management

• Excellent command of English
