Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of the company's core business systems, primarily responsible for the Java backend system coding implementation.

2. Conduct detailed design based on the requirements document and write high-quality code to ensure system performance, stability, and scalability.

3. Collaborate closely with the front-end development team, testing team, and others to complete system integration and testing.

4. Optimize and refactor existing systems to resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues.

5. Participate in technical research and exploration, introduce new technologies and frameworks, and enhance the team's technical capabilities.

Job Requirements

1. 2-4 years of Java development experience.

2. Proficient in the Java language and familiarity with common design patterns and development frameworks, such as Spring, Spring Boot, and MyBatis.

3. Familiarity with database design and development, including the use and optimization of common databases such as MySQL and Oracle.

4. Develop good coding standards and programming habits, and be able to write clear, readable, and maintainable code.

5. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.

6. Candidates with experience in distributed system development and microservice architecture are preferred.
