And while you’ve probably never thought of a UPS company for financing and insurance services, the global supply chain expertise of UPS Capital®️ uniquely positions us to help protect companies from risk and leverage cash in their supply chains. Insurance companies and banks can’t say that. 

We are currently looking for an ambitious Senior Accounting Clerk working in our Hong Kong office.

What Do We Expect Of You?

• Knowledge of handling accounts receivables, payables and payments preparation
• Preparation and invoices issuing
• Handle customers invoice inquiries
• Follow up customers’ invoice outstandings
• Costs analysis and reconciliation from vendors records
• Support month end closing and financial audit
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

What Skills Do You Need? 

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Experience in international trade and logistics industry is an advantage
• Able to work independently, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and analytical mind
• Proficient in using computer software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferable
