Business Analyst, Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the Greater China weekly / monthly reports, analysis and provide explanation & solutions
  • Monitor and coordinate with outsource F&A team on accounting issues
  • Handle FA daily job, e.g. cheque, tax, bank, license issues
  • Audit and compile regular billing & account receivable reports for the Greater China
  • Monitor the daily task for subordinates
  • Special duties or projects assigned per business strategy 

Who we are looking for

  • Degree holder preferably in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Accounting or Audit field
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in Khalix and Oracle will be an asset but not a must
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadline
