Senior Assistant, Air Freight

Senior Assistant, Air Freight – Export (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of tasks to provide operation and documentation support for the team
  • Monitor the operations team to provide efficient, smooth and accurate service
  • Ensure accurate and on time processing of all data entry and issuance of documents
  • Submit airway bill information to related airline on time
  • Prepare all necessary documents for redemption of airline's original documents
  • Receive and respond to overseas inquiries
  • Coordinate with warehouse for unloading and deconsolidation instructions

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with experience in air freight industry is preferred
  • Computer knowledge in MS Word/Excel
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin
  • Responsible and willing to learn
  • Availability to work on weekend & public holidays
